this is to inform exchange that in terms of company''s code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and Insiders framed persuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulaltions, 2015 the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors/ Promoters/ Designated Persons and/or any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the company with effect from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ending 31st December, 2025.
