Solitaire Machine Tools Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/01/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Apropos Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 29th January, 2026 at 11.00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at A-24/25, Krishna Industrial Estate, Near B.I.D.C., Gorwa, Vadodara- 390016, Gujarat, India, inter alia to consider and approve, the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025.
In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 27th December, 2025 regarding Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been already closed from 01st January, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025.
