Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform that Mr. Siddharath Bindra (DIN: 01680498), Independent Director of the Company would be completing his second and final term as an Independent Director on May 25, 2024 and consequently would cease to be the Director of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on May 25, 2024. The Board has expressed its sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Mr. Siddharath Bindra as the member of the Board.
