| This is to inform you that we have received disclosures under Regulations 29(1) and 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 from Dr. Rajendra Kumar Somany ('Dr. Somany'), Promoter of the Company (on his behalf and on behalf of Somany Impresa Limited ('SIL') , other Promoter of the Company), on 30th November, 2021, regarding acquisition of 50,000 equity shares by Dr. Somany and 1,00,000 equity shares of the Company by SIL on 29th November, 2021.
