We wish to inform you that pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per the clarification given by BSE Limited vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from day, 29th June, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 for the Designated/ Connected Persons as per the Code. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons as per the Company''s amended Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading have been intimated not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period as per the Code.
