| SOUTHERN GAS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The southern Gas limited informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday, on 09th day of February, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 In pursuance of Regulation 29 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, As informed by our communication dated 30th December, 2023, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from 1st January, 2024 and shall remain closed till the end of 48hours after declaration of financial results, i.e., upto 11th February, 2024 (both days inclusive). | |
