Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for the Designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday, 1st April 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024 to the public (both days are inclusive).
