Pursuant to Regulation 30(Schedule III- PART A) OF SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, we inform you that Ms. Shivani (Membership no.: ACS 65810) has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 8th April,2024. Further we would like to inform you that the company has accepted her resignation and a note on the same was placed before the board of directors in their meeting held on Saturday, the 13th April,2024.The company shall appoint a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and inform the exchange in due course.
