Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for the designated person and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 1st January 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2024 to the public (both days inclusive).
