| Southern Infosys Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. The unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 2. The limited Review report on unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 3. Any other matter with permission of the chair. Further, pursuant to the provisions of securities and exchange board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons of the company, the trading window of the company shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are made public on 6th day of February, 2024 for designated person as defined in the code. | |
