| In furtherance to our letter No. SSFL/Stock Exchange/2020-21/82 dated October 27, 2020, we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2020 and October 29, 2020 has approved and allotted 2000 (Two Thousand) and 1740 (One Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty), respectively aggregating to 3740 (Three Thousand and Seven Hundred and Forty) Unsubordinated, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures for nominal value of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) each fully paid, at par, on a private placement basis to IFMR Fimpact Income Builder Fund and Northern Arc Income Builder Fund (Series II) ('Allottees') under Tranche 2 (Series A and Series B) Debentures issued under the Shelf Disclosure Document approved on October 7, 2020 and supplemental Information Memorandum dated October 28, 2020 | |
