In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s. Sparc Electrex Limited was held today on 14th August, 2025 on Thursday at the Registered office of the Company at 1202, 12th Floor, Esperanza Building, Next to Bank of Baroda, 198, Linking Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai - 400050 at 03.30 p.m. and concluded at around 05.20 p.m. The Board has interalia, considered, approved and taken on record as follows.
1. The Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
