Speciality Restaurants Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following matters:<br/><br/>1. Standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Shares of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from November 02, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive), i.e. 10 days prior to the day on which the price sensitive information is published and 2 days after the price sensitive information is published.
