We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in securities of Spenta International Limited, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons with effect from Monday, 01st April, 2024 until Forty-Eight (48) hours after declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2024 to stock exchange. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting to be held for consideration and approval of the audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2024, will be intimated in due course.
