Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Clarification given by BSE Limited vide Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02April 2019, Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will have to be kept closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons with immediate effect i.e., from 01st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2021.<BR> Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code are intimated and advised not to deal in the securities of the Company for the above period. <BR> The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September 2021 will be informed in due course.<BR>
