This is to inform that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from April 1, 2020 for the Designated Persons till the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 and forty-eight (48) hours thereafter.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 will be intimated in due course.
