With reference to the above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held yesterday i.e. Tuesday, November 22, 2022 interalia has considered the Appointment of Mr. Sandip Bhaskerrai Pandya (DIN: 06783003) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company with immediate effect and shall hold office till conclusion of ensuing General Meeting. He is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are annexed herewith as Annexure-I.
