We herewith write to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 read with Company''s "Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider", the trading window in respect of dealings in Equity shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons & their relatives including all the insiders and connected persons with the Company, with effect from 1st April 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2025.
