SRG HOUSING FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve allotment of 5,00,000 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (Rupee Ten Only) at a price of Rs. 200 /- (Rupees Two Hundred only) per warrant (including premium of Rs. 190 (Rupees One Hundred Ninty only) on Preferential Basis, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, in terms of approval accorded by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on September 26, 2022 and in terms of the In-principal approval dated November 11, 2022 received from BSE Ltd.
