With reference to the above mentioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 31A of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of our intimation dated March 22, 2023 and March 29, 2023 pertaining to receipt of request for Reclassification of holdings from Promoter and Promoter Group to Public Category and Extract of Minutes of board approval we wish to inform you that :- The Shareholders of the Company in the Postal Ballot (Results declared on May 12, 2023) have approved the reclassification of holding of M/s Binoy Biz Private Limited from Promoter and Promoter Group to Public Category", subject to the approval of BSE Limited and/or such other approvals as may be required. The Company shall take appropriate steps for securing approval of BSE Limited in terms of provisions of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
