Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Limited has informed BSE that the Board Meeting held on October 19, 2012 had fixed November 02, 2012 as record date for ascertaining the list of shareholders of Transferor Company Viz., SRHHL Industries Limited for allotment of new shares of Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Limited in the ratio of 23: 200 as per Scheme of Arrangement approved by Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide its Order dated August 31, 2012.
