We hereby inform that at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the preference share holders it is decided to extend the period of redemption of the said preference shares till the maximum period of 20 years from the date of issue of the preference shares as permitted under Section 55 of the Companies Act, 2013 that is till 10.04.2032. We also enclosing the certified true copy of the Special Resolution passed by the preference share holders.
