With reference to the news titled "Srinivasa Hatcheries Delisting Process begins" on page number 12 under the caption "what to watch" in English Daily Business Line, Srinivasa Hatcheries Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"The Delisting Offer of Srinivasa Hatcheries Limited has not opened on 9th April 2015 as scheduled.<BR><BR>We are in the process of re-scheduling the offer and will be issuing Corrigendum to the Public Announcement published on 16th March 2015."
