Karvy Investor Services Ltd ("Manager to the offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of Corrigendum to the Public Announcement in respect of the Delisting Offer to the Shareholders/ beneficial owners of the Equity Shares of Srinivasa Hatcheries Ltd ("Target Company") under SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 ("Delisting Regulations").<BR><BR>This is with reference to the Public Announcement (PA) published on 16th March 2015 and the Letter of Offer dated March 18, 2015 dispatched to the public shareholders on March 24, 2015 and SEBI letter dated April 08, 2015.<BR><BR>Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has vide its notification dated March 24, 2015 has issued SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as Amended Regulations).
