As per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading window for carrying out transacting in the shares of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 1st April, 2024 and will be re-open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st march, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended on March, 2024 intimated in due course of time.
