| SRM ENERGY LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provision of Reg. 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2024 at 02:00 P.M. through video conferencing to be hosted from the registered office of the Company to consider the following: 1) The Un-Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2023. 2) To transact any other matter as the Board may deem fit. In context to the above and in reference to our earlier intimation dated December 31, 2023 regarding the closure of the Trading Window, please also take on record that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2024 and shall remain closed till February 08, 2024 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
