We wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from October 01, 2024, in accordance with the applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading window shall be opened after the passing of 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ending on September 30, 2024, shall be approved. The date of Board meeting shall be intimated to you separately. The Designated persons have been advised not to trade in securities either by themselves or by their immediate relatives during the period of closure of trading window.
