Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of clarification vide NSE Circular No. NSE/CMU2019/11 and BSE Circular No LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 01st April, 2023, till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of the Board meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the financial year ended as on 31st March, 2023 will be intimated in due course. During this period of closure of trading window, all Promoter, Directors, and Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives will not enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company.
