We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 as amended , read with the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders ,the trading window in respect of dealings in the Equity shares of the company will remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, with effect from 1st April,2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results by the company for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024.
