Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Members of the Company at the 127th Annual General Meeting held today have appointed Shri Ganpatrao Patwardhan (DIN 00520899), as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 Years from 6th August, 2024 to 5th August, 2029. Further , we wish to inform that Shri Ganpatrao Patwardhan is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of the SEBI or any other such authority.
