With reference to the above captioned subject we would like to inform you that pursuant to the confirmation provided by the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd, (Formerly Known as Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd.) the securities received by our above mentioned RTA for dematerialization during the Second quarter ended 30th September, 2025, were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by them and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.
