| Dear Sir, In pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("Listing Regulations") this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 10th August 2022 has inter alia approved the following: 1. Un-audited Financial Results of the Company and Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended as on 30th June 2022. The Financial Results were duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. 2. Mr. Ankit Kumar, Chief Financial Officer of the company, resigned from the office of the company w.e.f 10th August, 2022 due to his personal reason. We shall inform you in due course the date on which the company will hold its ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING for the year ended march 31, 2022. | |
