Pursuant to the above Regulations and in continuation with our earlier communication dated 18th December, 2020 with respect to Debt Resolution Scheme by way OTS (One Time Settlement Scheme) With Lenders of the Company we had informed that we received OTS sanctions from 93% of the Lenders. <BR> <BR> 'We would like to inform you that we received OTS Sanctions Letters from the remaining Lenders of the consortium of Banks led by SBI (State Bank of India) taking it to 100% approval of existing Lenders' <BR>
