Sikka & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-2025. - Appointment of M/s Gupta Abhinav & Associates, Chartered Accountants an Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-2025.
