Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") and other applicable provision(s), if any, this is to inform that the Committee of Creditors at its meeting<BR> held on Thursday, 15th April, 2021, has resolved to appoint M/s. M Sahu & Co., Vadodara as GST Auditors in place of M/s. Mukesh M. Shah & Co., Ahmedabad, who were relieved to save cost & time and for comprehensive audit of both statutory audit and GST audit.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the same on your record.
