Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') and other applicable provision(s), if any, this is to inform that the Committee of Creditors at its meeting held on Thursday, 15th April, 2021, has resolved to appoint M/s. M Sahu & Co., Vadodara as Statutory Auditors in place of M/s. Kedia & Kedia Associates, Ahmedabad, who were relieved on their request due to insufficiency of time line to complete Audit work.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the same on your record.<BR>
