| STERLING TOOLS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulation 29(1) (a), this is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 12th February, 2021, agenda for which includes considering and if thought fit to approve the Standalone / Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2020 pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. <BR> <BR> Further, as intimated vide letter dated 31st December, 2020, the trading window pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and company code for 'Prohibition of Insider Trading', was closed from 1st January, 2021 and shall remain closed upto 14th February, 2021 (both days inclusive) and will be opened on the third calendar day from the date of Board Meeting. | |
