Stove Kraft Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31,2021. Further, we would like to inform you that the pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the trading window from the closing hours of December 20, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public (both days inclusive) i.e. February 10, 2022.
