| Stove Kraft Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of the provision of the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 30, 2022, inter alia, for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2022. Further, we would like to inform you that the pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its 'Designated Persons' regarding the closure of the trading window from the closing hours of March 30, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public (both days inclusive) i.e. June 01, 2022 | |
