This is to inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting on April 16,2021, has revised and adopted " Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information " ("Insider Trading Code"), which shall be effective from April 16, 2021. The said Code is attached herewith.
