Declaration as per Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulation : 3. Took note the Undertaking of non applicability of Reg.32 of SEBI ( LODR) Regulations ,2015 from the director of the company. 4. Appointed M/s Shravan A. Gupta & Associates, Company Secretaries(Peer Reviewed Firm) as a Secretarial Auditor of the company for the Financial Year 2022-23. We would like to state that M/s Sarp & Associates, Chartered Accountants, statutory Auditor of the company have issue the audit report with unmodified opinion on the standalone Financial Result of the company for the Financial year ended 31st March,2023.
