Stylam Industries Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) &(e) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform the Exchange that Board Meeting of Stylam Industries Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday 22nd October 2021, to inter-alia, transact the following Business.<BR> <BR> To consider Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and notification no. NSE/CML/2019/11 and LIST/COMP/Ol/ 2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the Company has already closed its Trading Window with effect from 1st Oct, 2021, till 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday 22nd Oct. 2021. <BR> <BR> The intimation for closure of Trading Window was given to the Stock Exchange on 27th September,2021.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take note of the above mentioned information. <BR>
