The Board of Directors have at their meeting held today, 04-July-2024 have approved the proposal to raising of funds by issue and allotment of 9,00,000 warrants each convertible into 1 (one) equity share of Rs.10/- each to the promoters of the Company on a preferential basis, subject to regulatory, statutory and members'' approval. The Board will be seeking shareholders'' approval in an Extraordinary General Meeting of which Notice will issued separately.
