We refer to your mail Ref: no.L/SURV/ONL/PV/KB/ 2022-2023 / 3026 dt:28/02/2023 and the telephonic discussion with your office, regarding the price movement observed by you in the market in respect of our company. In this regard we hereby state that the company has got nothing to do with this market fluctuations and any new developments in the functioning of our company are always reported as required under regulation 30. Further all the developments are also stated in the quarterly financial results as a note including the functioning of the subsidiaries. The company has incurred substantial financial losses in year 2021-22 as well as in the previous 2 quarters. Apart from this the promoters and promoter group has neither acquired nor sold any shares from the market during the recent past say previous quarters till date except the acquisition of shares under Rights offer and hence the status remains the same.
