This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Directors, Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, will remain closed with effect from April 01, 2024 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the date of Board meeting, wherein, inter-alia, the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 would be considered. Accordingly, all Directors, Designated Persons and other connected Persons of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
