&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Sub: Outcome of Board Meeting held on today i.e. 2nd March, 2020 pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Dear Sir,&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Anuj Kumar Choudhary ceased to be Company Secretary &amp; Compliance Officer w.e.f 15th August, 2019.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Mr. Gunnit Singh Allagh, Managing Director will look after the responsibility of Compliance Officer until a new Company Secretary &amp; Compliance Officer is appointed. &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Further, Disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with events specified in Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is annexed herewith.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt;
