SUMEDHA FISCAL SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is further to our earlier intimation dated 28-Jan-25 wherein we have inadvertently annexed wrong attachment. We are filing this revised intimation only to replace the said. all other information towards the board meeting as previously stated remains same. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the February 04, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2024.
