This is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 issued by BSE Limited, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2021 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter as well as nine months ended December 31, 2020.
