Dear Sir/Madam, We are hereby intimating you that Our Company's name 'SUNGOLD CAPITAL LIMITED' has been misused with malafide intention for creating an application on Google Play Store for Gold Loan and hence misusing of Company's name without any prior consent and approval which amounts to illegal activities and defamation of our company name and therefore we have filed Complaint with Reserve Bank of India. Kindly acknowledge receipt for the same.
