In pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on Saturday, 18th March, 2023 at the registered office of the company, inter alia considered and approved the following: 1. Reappointment of Mr. Raj Kotia as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for the period of Five Years with effect from March 23, 2023 to March 22, 2028 . 2. Fixed the remuneration of Mr. Raj Kotia as Chairman & Managing Director of the company for the further period of 3 years from March 23, 2023 to March 22, 2026.
